The places
Edgar’s Bakery has made custom cakes since 1998, its site says, and ships its strawberry cake and birthday cake nationwide. The Town Madison shop by Toyota Field takes seasonal cake orders for pickup; its Halloween cakes must be ordered by Oct. 29. It lists no Sunday hours.
Sam & Greg’s Pizzeria/Gelateria on Hughes Road makes its gelato and sorbet fresh daily, its site says, and also serves spiked milkshakes alongside its pizza.
