We left out chain locations whose own pages would not load for us and places we could not confirm. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. The places

Crickets Burgers & Wings is in the Arlington Place Shopping Center. It takes carryout and phone-ahead orders and closes between lunch and dinner on weekdays. It is closed Sunday.

Five Guys is the burger chain’s Town Madison restaurant, by Toyota Field. Its page lists takeout.

Jack’s has served Southern food since 1960, its page says, with scratch-made biscuits, hand-breaded chicken fingers and hand-dipped milkshakes, at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Hughes Road restaurant lists dine-in, drive-thru, carryout and delivery. Its hours page showed only Monday and Tuesday when we checked; call for the rest of the week.

Krystal is the chain’s Madison Boulevard restaurant. Its location page did not show hours when we checked.

MELT is at Clift Farm and is run by Power Brands Hospitality Group. Its menu is built on grilled cheese sandwiches, with a burger with Matilda sauce and a Buffalo chicken sandwich.

Super Wings & Burger on County Line Road lists burgers and wings on its online ordering page. It does not post hours.

Whataburger on Field View Lane, the County Line location, lists its dining room, drive-thru and delivery as open 24 hours every day. Curbside is not offered.
